Braces & Smiles Clinic provides orthodontic and dental services. Payments relate to consultation, treatment, and related professional care — not off-the-shelf retail goods.

Consultation and treatment fees

Fees for consultations and treatment already delivered are generally not refundable, unless we have not commenced the agreed care.

Deposits

Deposits and stage payments are applied against the agreed treatment. Refunds are considered only where we have not commenced paid work, a payment was made in error, or a written agreement says otherwise.

How to request a refund

Send your payment reference and reason to bracessmilesstudio15@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical.
